“Everything You Won’t”

Looking down this lonely road,
Against the sunshine in my mind.
Everything I’ve ever feared comes alive.
Well, I’ve been reading through the nightmares on my shelf.
And I know I’m such a lonely face, knowing you’re not there.

I wait enough.
This fear won’t go away and I…
I carry everything you won’t.

I can feel you in the night time as it closes in, (And I)
I grow weaker now as every cloud goes by.
I keep looking to the left and still go right. (If only I)
If I only had a choice.

I wait enough.
This fear won’t go away.
(I wait enough)
I carry everything you won’t.

Looking back on this Earth.
Everything feels just like it should.
Looking back, for what it’s worth.
I know I’ll just keep falling back to Earth,
Oh I’m falling back to…
Looks like the clouds are fading.
But the sun, it shines no more.
As the skies keep falling…
And these fields, they never grow.

As one night fades away, another grows and I…
If I keep you waiting, fallen down and all the while I…
No one knows that I’ve been here long enough.
Just to fail and know that I wasn’t strong enough.
I’ll want, I’ve wanted… All I don’t need.
I’ll wait…I’ve waited… All I believe.
Sheltered with fire and a secret she won’t let go.
The flames, they burn higher,
And the fields red with Autumn’s glow.
I’ll wait, I’ve waited…All I believe.
I’ll want, I’ve wanted….All I don’t need.

It’s so lovely now, you’re finding out that what you’re told,
And as you fall asleep, just let those dreams all take hold.
I’ve been reading through the nightmares on my shelf.
I know I’m such a lovely face, knowing you’re not there.
I wait enough,
This fear won’t go away and I…
I carry everything you won’t.
(Everything you won’t)
